reinteractive were proud to sponsor this years Ruby Conf AU in Sydney.
The event held in April was extremely successful with over 200 attendees, which included new and experienced Ruby devs, team leads, CTO’s and business owners. It was a great mix of different people from all over the world (mostly Australia).
An Evening to Remember: Food, Conversation, and Chris Oliver
The conference kicked off with a special evening at Salesforce Tower in Sydney, featuring Rails Luminary Chris Oliver with the help of the local Heroku team. The conversation, food, views, and especially the fireside chat with Chris, were all exceptional.

The excitement ran high throughout all conference days, with attendees eagerly discussing work, coding, and the “day’s conference tracks”.
Building Bridges, One Rubber Duck at a Time
Manning a sponsor booth throughout the event, we engaged attendees with free rubber ducks while discussing their projects and industry innovations. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with industry leaders, exchange ideas, and gain valuable insights on shaping the future of Ruby.

Seamless Success: Kudos to the Organising Committee
The organising committee did a great job. From my viewpoint it was a seamless experience, with everything just as it should be! I can not imagine the amount of work that must go into putting on one of these events and taking care of all of the fine details that make a great event.
We left the conference with a renewed sense of excitement for Rails, and for the community as a whole. Reconnecting with old friends, and meeting new ones as well. And of course the decision as a company to be even more involved with this great community.
RubyConf AU would not be possible without the support from these incredible sponsors.
