We’re excited to once again be a sponsor of the next Rails Girls Sydney event coming up in July!
Rails Girls is a free two-day workshop that gives women the chance to dive into the magical world of Ruby on Rails in a safe and approachable environment.
The Sydney organisers are doing their bit to get even more women involved, with Rails Girls alumnae set to challenge themselves by taking on the role as mentors for newbie Railers.
Rails Girls will be offering these three tracks at the event:
For beginners: the regular Rails Girls tutorial
For not so beginners: Rails Girls Next exercises that utilise pair programming and retrospectives practices.
For challenge seekers: GovHack hackathon
Registrations for the event are now open so be sure sign up before June 27.
When : Friday evening July 11 and Saturday July 12
Where: Ninefold, Market Street, Sydney
