Last Saturday, Winston Teo worked with us to launch the first ever Singapore InstallFest! Twenty-seven new developers came along to the event at Silicon Straits to get started with Ruby on Rails. Eight awesome mentors from the Singapore Community were there to help participants get their environment setup and build their very own app by following reInteractive's online guides.
Check out the photos from the event on our Facebook Gallery.
Next, we’re excited to be heading to Victoria for next week’s Melbourne InstallFest! With the introduction of these new events, we're on track to setup over 200 new developers with Ruby on Rails by the end of this year!
We’d love to help as many people as we can to get set up. So, if you’d like us to help run an InstallFest in your city please let us know!
