InstallFest is Heading to Melbourne
We’re super excited to announce that we’re expanding the Ruby on Rails InstallFest! We’ll be flying some of our team to Melbourne to help organise the first event, kindly hosted by Envato and taking place on Tuesday evening October 15.
To find out all of the details make sure you join the newly created Ruby and Rails Melbourne meetup group.
If you would like to help out by mentoring at the Ruby on Rails InstallFest in Melbourne please send me an email and if you know anyone who wants to learn more about Ruby and Rails please share this with them!
A huge thank you to Pat Allan, Mario Visic and Jeremy Tennant for helping us organise this awesome event :) If you’d like to host a Melbourne event please contact any of the group organisers and we will help you get it up on the meetup group.
Some of our team will be heading to Melbourne to talk at the Melbourne Ruby for Newbies night on August 29, so we’re looking forward to starting our Melbourne journey and helping more people learn as much as they can about Ruby and Rails!
Leonard Garvey from our team will be in Melbourne on Friday August 30 and is looking to pair, so please email me if you’d like to pair with Leonard for a day on your project.
See you soon Melbourne!
